I've just about got it--

appetizer: chex mix
main entree: 7 layer dip
dessert: snicker salad*

*I know it's a salad, but put it at the dessert end of the buffet and no one will know the difference

It goes on the salad table, Andrea. If you are going to do it. Do it right.

Okay, then we need a dessert. Can only think...chocolate sheet cake.

That sounds about right. Or rice krispie treats. That would make
cereal bookends.

fruit salad to be precise.

If you are confused, which is understandable, just think about where
it is on the buffet table in relation to the ham and biscuits. Close
to the bisscuits = salad. On the other side of the ham from the
biscuits = dessert.
